It is near complete and includes the Quiz Joke Book. It is missing the (2) bombs.
It has been previously played with and shows some wear and marks from use. The Joke Book shows some wear as well.
Some decals show wear and are crooked.
It rolls properly but the wheels are slightly wobbly.
It has had a light general cleaning and wipe down but I was unable to fully clean the front seat area. It may need further detailed based on your preferences.
